Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Aike Embroideries. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website as well as Shop also.
1. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. And customized design’s dress will not have any returns and refund.
2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/sms to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. Exchanges: Exchanges of embroidered cloth Is only available if any manufacturing defect is there.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Aike Embroideries reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
